🇺🇸 Cleveland
August 22nd, 2018

7.5 hours bus ride, I arrived in Cleveland.
The bus driver gave us 20 minutes break at the travel plaza.  Food is more expensive than usual, as a result, only 可樂果 and water was my food.
On my way to Cleveland, the weather was rediculously crazy; sometimes partly sunny, sometimes stormy.  Thank God.  It wasn't rainy when I walked and searched for the local bus stop to the hostel.

Now, as having being a Road Idiot for centuries, I'm proudly to say "I'm kind of an expert in GOOGLE MAPS."  Accurately and fast, I got to the hostel.

Anything special in Cleveland?
Well, do not ask me.
Why I choose here to stay is the Mega bus route and I am also eager to visit more states in the U.S.A.

Maybe Cleveland isn't a popular and big city to visit for travelers.  So lucky was I, that I occupied the 6- people dorm alone.

Just before ten minutes, I realized that Cleveland is earlier than Chicago by one hour.

🇺🇸 Cleveland

After checking the weather forecast last night, I determined to visit Cleveland downtown on foot.  One way, 2.6 kilometers isn't a long way for me, especially I don't have to carry my backpack or my luggage.

Stepping onto the bridge connected to downtown, some of the skyscrapers came into my view gradually.  The more I approached, the more hilarious it was.  Without noticing, I stopped by the Cleveland Public Library.

Spending more than one hour collecting Christmas teaching resources in there made me get rid of some of my sorrow.

It might be the lunch break when I went out of the library, and I could tell it was totally different from our mode.  Most of us rush to finish lunch and take a nap, but some of the people here dined in the restaurant, cafe and food court; some just bought hotdogs from the street vendors, and some brought their simple lunch to the bench in the park.  None of them is my style though.

Taking a walk always chills me out when I'm abroad, and it's also an economic, but time- consuming way for sightseeing.

Next time when you visit any country overseas, don't forget to walk backwards, twirl around to enjoy the beauty of the city.
